Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the Level Legends team ("Level Legends", "we", "us"). They apply to the Level Legends game in any form, including the web version at web.level-legends.app and the Telegram Mini App, to this website at level-legends.app and to related services and communications (together, the "Services").

By opening or playing the game, creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or older where your country requires a higher minimum age to use online services without parental consent. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

2. Your account

Depending on where you play, your account may be created through a third-party platform, for example your Telegram account, or through a sign-in method offered in the web version. You are responsible for:

• keeping access to your sign-in method and any connected wallet secure;
• all activity that happens under your account;
• giving us accurate information when we ask for it.

Accounts are personal. Do not sell, trade, share or transfer your account, and do not use someone else's account. Tell us promptly at support@level-legends.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your use of third-party platforms such as Telegram, app stores, payment providers or crypto wallets is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms.

3. License to use the game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The Services and everything in them, including the code, art, characters, music, text, item names, logos and the Level Legends brand, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

You may create and share videos, streams, screenshots, guides and other fan content about Level Legends, as long as you do not suggest that it is official or endorsed by us, and you do not use it in a way that harms the game or other players. We may ask you to remove fan content at any time.

4. Virtual items, currencies and $LEGD

The game includes virtual items and in-game balances, such as equipment, Soulfire, other resources and the $LEGD reward balance (together, "Virtual Items").

• License, not ownership. Virtual Items are part of your license to use the game. You do not own them, and they are not your personal property.
• No real-world value. Except where we expressly offer a feature that says otherwise, Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money, goods or services from us or anyone else.
• No unauthorized trading. Selling, buying or trading accounts or Virtual Items outside the features we provide is not allowed.
• Changes. We may change, rebalance, rename or remove Virtual Items, rewards and their values, for example during balance updates, seasons or to fix errors. Balances obtained through bugs, exploits or prohibited conduct may be removed.

About $LEGD. $LEGD is a gameplay reward balance earned through active play, quests, events, referrals and similar activities. It is not an investment product, a security or a financial instrument, and you should not acquire or hold it expecting a profit. Any on-chain features, such as withdrawals or wallet utility, are optional, may never become available and, if introduced, will be governed by additional rules that we publish before activation. Laws on digital assets vary by country; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any tax obligations.

5. Purchases

The game may offer optional purchases of Virtual Items or other content. Purchases are processed by the platform or payment provider you use, for example Telegram or a crypto wallet, and are subject to that provider's terms.

When a purchase is delivered to your account, it is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where we decide to issue a refund. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom or another region with a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, you agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once delivery has begun.

If a purchase was not delivered or something went wrong, contact us at support@level-legends.app and we will look into it.

6. Fair play and acceptable use

Level Legends is a competitive game with leaderboards, rewards and shared activities. To keep it fair, you agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, macros, scripts, automation, emulators built to gain an advantage, or any unauthorized third-party software;
• exploit bugs or design errors instead of reporting them to us;
• create or use multiple accounts to farm rewards, abuse referral programs or manipulate leaderboards;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the game client, server or network traffic, except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Services or other players' access to them;
• harass, threaten, cheat or impersonate other players or our team, or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringes someone else's rights;
• use the Services for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

7. Enforcement, suspension and termination

If we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or the law, or that your account puts the game or other players at risk, we may take action, including warnings, removal of Virtual Items or rewards, removal from leaderboards or events, and temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. When your account ends, your license and any Virtual Items in it end too, without compensation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Changes to the Services

Level Legends is actively developed. We may add, change or remove features, modes, events, rewards and content, run tests, or stop offering the Services in some regions or entirely. Features described on our website or wiki as in development or planned are directional and not a promise of release or timing. If we decide to shut down the game, we will try to give reasonable advance notice in the game or on this website.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available on any particular device or platform, or that progress, balances or data will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or Virtual Items, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example in the game. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we do not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization, merger or sale of the game. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules we publish for specific features, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
